kardinal offishal-ly the first day of my masterful cleansing. it kind of tastes like iced tea. which is a plus. the salt water flush, though... it can suck my balls probably. i may never do that again.
i smoked all my cigarettes. i have self-inflicted irritable bowel syndrome. i live with my parents. this will be a miserable ten days.
but i am so proud of jimmy brooks.
