facebook causes anxiety.
the hardest part of the birthday is the facebook comments that you are obliged to return and how hard it is to come up with a million different ways to thank people you love and some you barely know anymore.
should i bother replying to everyone and use that "what you're doing" feature as a banner of my gratitude?? will those i don't reach out to have cause to believe i don't think they're worth my while?! i feel doomed by technology. i am being ridiculous.
